Ongoing Series of playful paper cut out works based on the folk legend of the Burry Man.

Upon learning of multiple Burry Men throughout Scotland’s history, I became fascinated with different interpretations of what the ones that passed have become. The use of paper and scissors harkens to community led revivalism of the legend which involves the younger generation to learn via art and play of the Burry Man.
